      Hallibell is, at first glance, a vain and shallow person. He makes great efforts to look presentable at all times, taking great pride in his appearance and knowing full well that he looks good. He carries himself with an impressive air of confidence, though is never boisterous or particularly overbearing. Hallibell maintains a calm and collected face at most all times, and while he’s plenty keen to be held in the spotlight, is just as easily ready to sit back and let others have their turn. Just being present in all his glory is more than enough, anyway.

     At worst, he’s selfish and naive, eager to be spoiled, and acts as if he’s always in the right. He can be quick to impose his own wishes on others, especially if he feels deserving of something from them. Hallibell can also be quick to act on impulse, performing through emotion rather than pragmatism. He’s also quite dependent on praise and seeks it wherever he can find it.

    At his best, Halli is loyal and devoted. Should he grow attached to someone, he’ll feel the need to protect them. He’s especially protective toward children and those of weaker wills, seemingly intent to counter their own vulnerabilities with his emotional strength and dote on them. He’s never one to be ungrateful, either, returning any favors or praise that he receives with the utmost of appreciation.
