    Hallibell is, at first glance, a vain and shallow person. He takes great effort to look presentable at all times, and knows full well that he's hot shit. He carries himself with an impressive air of confidence, and earnestly believes in his own exemplary status and ability. Thankfully, he's still never one to shove others down purely out of his own pride.

 

     At worst, he’s selfish and naive, eager to be spoiled, and believes that he's always in the right. He can be quick to impose his own wishes on others, especially if he feels deserving of something from them. Halli can also be quick to act on impulse, performing through emotion rather than pragmatism. [And let's not forget how he will lie to anyone, even himself, without so much as batting an eye. The truth is what he makes it, what serves him most of all.]

 

     At his best, Halli is loyal and devoted. Should he grow attached to someone, he’ll feel the need to protect them. [He has shown before those very lengths—he will kill if needed. He will be the villain. He will offer salvation at the cost of his own damnation. He may do it again.] He is doting, appreciative, and shockingly hardworking when it counts; if others need someone to step up, Hallibell will offer himself. He very much seeks to repay acts of kindness for those of his own.
