Gentle - Thoughtful - Free-Spirited - Whimsical

    ↳  Nissa is gentle by default, treating nature and the creatures that inhabit it with care. While plants and wildlife are her undeniable priority, her thoughtful nature does in fact extend to people as well, as she tends to absorb information about people and channel it into gifts or even just mentioning it long into the future when most may have forgotten the conversation completely.

 

        Her free-spirited, carefree demeanour coupled with her whimsical, eccentric mannerisms and speech patterns make her sound more like an endearing, old-timey fairy tale character rather than a 21st century woman in her 20s. This is only amplified by the fact that she seems to believe wholeheartedly in the existence of magic and otherwise fantasy creatures like faeries.

Introverted - Reserved - Calm - Unconventional

    ↳  Despite appearing to be so carefree, Nissa is also very visibly introverted and reserved, initiating interactions only out of necessity or with people she feels very comfortable around. Despite this though, she doesn't seem to have much anxiety surrounding people, and appears perpetually calm even in social situations. This may also lead to some interesting discussions, however, as her mind tends to work in very unconventional ways and she has very little issue voicing the things she conjures up. This can be both a blessing and a curse, as while it allows her to be very creative and think outside of the box when others might not, she can also seem irrational and delusional at times depending on how you view her bizarre thought patterns.

Illogical - Absent-Minded - Socially Inept - Gullible

    ↳  Continuing on from that last point, Nissa definitely comes across rather illogical at times, often leaning more into fantasies and the intangible rather than thinking about things rationally. This can often lead her to appear absentminded, with a reputation for having her head in the clouds. This also extends to the physical world in how clumsy she can be, with her hand-eye coordination leaving much to be desired at times despite her giving off a misleadingly graceful air in her aforementioned positive traits.

        She also tends to lack grace socially, as despite not being particularly socially anxious, Nissa grew up with very little social interaction and thus never got to pick up things like social norms/cues, leading socially-inept to be a fairly accurate description of her. This is only amplified by her clear (while undiagnosed) neurodivergence that makes it difficult for her to read the room. Despite all of this though, Nissa is fairly willing to learn from people and is quick to take things people tell her at face value so long as she can't easily dispute it, leading her to be relatively gullible as well.
